This one’s a gem. It’s my go-to after a stressful event. It helps support relaxation and calms any anxiety present. It is a chill pill in a shot or an IV push! I use this in patients who need a little extra support when we are working to get their stress under control or if they have chronic muscle tension or headaches. It’s a nice way to end your day. Due to its relaxing effects, I always recommend that they do not drive after for a length of time. Who needs Xanax when I can do better with just nutrients?!
